Job Summary:

As an Analyst I, Compensation and Talent Analytics, you will be a key member of both the Compensation and Talent Analytics teams. In this role, you are expected to ensure market competitiveness of our compensation plans through thorough job evaluations and ongoing compensation assessments. You will support cost models and analyses for a variety of compensation programs and will utilize HRIS and data analytics tools to gather, structure, and analyze data to generate insights on workforce trends and metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment

  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS system and/or reporting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure market competitiveness of our compensation plans through thorough job evaluations and ongoing compensation assessments

  • Support cost models and analyses for a variety of compensation programs

  • Provide consultative services and recommendations across business units

  • Audit the implementation of the Company's compensation framework across compensation programs (base pay, incentives, sales compensation and executive compensation) in alignment with global job design and compensation structure

  • Support annual compensation planning and ensure accuracy and functionality of the supporting platform; support off-cycle compensation changes

  • Manage routine reporting of all regulatory compliance requirements for compensation programs

  • Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources to support Talent Analytics and reporting needs

  • Support the development and automation of HR data analyses and dashboards leveraging multiple systems and tools

  • Support initiatives regarding the Company's global recognition program
