  Your leadership

  Reporting directly to the President, North Region and Institutes, as the Chair of DOR, you will apply your leadership across all hospitals and off-site locations of the NorthShore Hospitals entity within Endeavor Health system. You will also work closely with the President, Endeavor Health Medical Group Specialty Practices to ensure alignment across the employed practice. Balancing responsibilities with a strategic approach, you'll have the opportunity for protected administrative time while continuing your clinical imaging or interventional practice. This unique balance ensures that you lead the overall DOR operations effectively while maintaining a hands-on connection with patient care - a true embodiment of leadership.

What you will need:

Minimum education level

• Graduate of a nationally accredited and recognized medical school required
• Master of Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or similar advanced degree preferred

Minimum licensure requirements

• Eligible for medical licensing in the state of Illinois

Minimum certification requirements

• Board certification in an area of imaging

Minimum work experience

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in a multi-hospital system or comprehensive clinical organization
• Minimum of five years of administrative experience in a formal Radiology senior leadership role
