Program Manager, BI Data Integration

Overview

This Program Manager, BI Integration manages the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytical projects that include external data resources, serving as the liaison between stakeholders and technical team(s). This role partners with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather and document requirements in Agile methodology and helps translate them into developer-ready user stories. He/she helps ensure products' accuracy and efficacy through testing and validation and drives change management with the business sponsor(s).

This position can be based from any Breakthru Beverage Office to operated in a hybrid capacity (2 days at the office, 3 days from home).

Responsibilities
    Provide end-to-end delivery for prioritized business use-cases, including requirements, prioritization governance, design, development, QA/QC, deployment and change management.
  • Embody and nurture Agile methodology, with a focus on accelerating business value-creation, and development efficiency.
  • Foster productivity by managing project priorities and removing obstacles to the development process.
  • Build alignment with stakeholders and project team(s); manage scope, timeline, product roadmap and evolution.
  • Responsible for user-story creation and overall management of Agile Kanban backlog.
  • Partner with Commercial and IT departments to foster continuous improvement in the people, process and technology leveraged to drive business value through data.
  • Create transparency through consistent reporting and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Analytics, BI and/or information management
  • Ability to translate Business requirements to Technology requirements and vice versa
  • Proficient in data modeling strategy and execution
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional workstreams and projects to completion, under budget and on schedule.
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software, Power BI, DAX, and SQL
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in beverage alcohol or consumer package goods
  • Proficient in Snowflake, DBT and advanced data modeling experience

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

  • People management responsibility for pay reviews, performance management, training, and resource planning.
  • Requires conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their implications, where sufficient information may not be available.
