Provides direct clinical service including psychological evaluations, consultations, and treatment services for patients with sleep disorders. Provides clinical input for program development and evaluation. Provides care in a fashion that assures, embraces, and communicates the pledge, values, and policies of NM. Qualifications Required PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology

For this position, outpatient clinic service will be in Grayslake and Glenview. Endoscopy service will be held at Lake Forest Hospital. This position will have on call responsibilities for both Lake Forest and Grayslake, shared between 8 physicians.
