Position Highlights:

• Primary Location: Edward Hospital 801 S. Washington Street, Naperville, IL

• Alternate Work Location: Elmhurst Hospital 155 E. Brush Hill Elmhurst, IL

• Full Time 1.0 FTE

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hour DAY Shift

What you will do:

• Responsible for directing unit activities and personnel on assigned shift in order to ensure high quality patient care, teamwork, and coordination of care. Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, approves overtime and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as resource person for unit personnel in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison, and role model for staff.

What you will need:

• Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or America Red Cross (BLS Provider or BLS Instructor)

• Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing; Master's degree preferred

• Nurse Manager experience required in NICU Level III or IV
