Cleveland-Cliffs Steel has an immediate opportunity for a Fabricator at our Indiana Harbor operation in East Chicago, Indiana.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Fabricates and installs any type of sheet metal/small to large steel fabrication jobs required in a steel manufacturing plant.
- Operate shears, radial arm drill presses, press brakes, oxy/gas/plasma cutting, CAD drawings, etc.
- Creates bill of material, layout, layout with development, cut necessary parts, rolled, bent or sheared, then fabricated for welding.
- 2 yrs. of fabricator experience in a heavy manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Have earned a high school diploma, GED, or equivalency from an accredited institution.
- Be able to work full-time, including rotating shifts, weekends.
- Must pass all required testing.
- Completion of a certified training or apprenticeship program.
- 3 years of Fabricator experience.
