The ServiceNow Platform Engineer works with internal clients to assist them in achieving their business objectives through effective development of industry leading workflows. Manage ServiceNow solutions, writing specs for new application needs, configuring new applications, and supporting and testing existing applications for various issues and updates. You will work independently with minimal guidance to contribute to the design, configuration, build, and daily support of these solutions and actively engage with business partners to solve their business problems. A strong passion to continuously improve the user experience and enterprise efficiency is required, as this role will work to turn ideas into deliverables and valuable business solutions. Our offices are located in Chicago IL, Joliet IL, Eden Prairie MN, Milwaukee, Indianapolis and Evansville IN.
