Your Role at Baxter

The IT Delivery Lead (IDL) will be responsible for delivering a quality solution delivery process for the Day 2 KCO program, focusing on Forecast to Plan functions, including forecasting, planning, material requirements planning (MRP), production planning, inventory planning, distribution planning. The IDL will work alongside the Business Process Owner (BPO) team to ensure that the solution meets program guiding principles and business requirements to support KCO customers, patients, and internal partners. The role will partner with BPO to make sure that the solution will function with the new technology solution, focused on application development and configurations that enable end-to-end business processes.

Your Team

The team will be organized by process tower and include internal teams that will collaborate with System Integration organization to ensure successful development of the business process solution. The IDL will support guiding principles of the program to use solution standard methodologies and out-of-the-box solutions to ensure speed in delivering the solution. See development cycle through unit testing, end-to-end testing, performance, and unit testing all the way through to successful deployment into production.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces
  • Conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems
  • Drives system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts
  • Provides collaborative leadership to assigned teams, including internal and external consultants
  • Make sure schedule, quality of defined program, timelines and budgets stay on track
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve program goals.
  • Provides overall leadership to internal and external partners to deliver on commitments within the process tower
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a complex matrix environment and generate solutions to issues daily
  • Support the design of standardized end-to-end business processes, ensure consistent solution design and documentation, and minimize software customization
  • Collaborate with business process teams to ensure requirements are met, participate in test strategy definition, and support data migration and cleansing
  • Monitor quality of deliverables, run financial and project budgets, and support business and IT readiness efforts

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or business required.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering or related technology roles
  • Experience with large ERP transformation program
  • Prior leadership experience in matrix environment desired.
  • Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation.
  • Experience in healthcare is desired
  • A consulting background or experience with project management

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
