All About You
Under general direction, coordinates daily activities related to student loans; assists with the overall delivery of student aid.
Job DutiesAssists with delivery and administration of student financial services with primary duties related to the loan requirements.
Processes loan certifications with the Department of Education and private lenders. Assists with compiling and assessing data for annual reports; monitors awarding, disbursement, refunding and return of loan funds including variance and exceptions.Assists with pulling of loan data from COD and loading onto SLU server.
Coordinates with University loan processing and training.Completes on-line processes related to student loans; serves as liaison with finance and lenders
Assists with presentations to students and parents.Answers telephone and provides customer service to students, parents, third party individual as well as staff.
Assists with updating policies and procedures manual.Serves as backup for processing of federal data records.
