YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Quality & Operations, the Global Head of Quality Assurance provides leadership, direction and support to the company by ensuring the global Quality System is consistent and compliant both with the company strategy, business efficiency and ethics and with ISO norms and requirements.
Working in close collaboration with the Analytical Hub leaders and the 4 regions, the main missions will be:

  • Provide vision and support to the Regional Quality Assurance Directors on the global QA system and safety programs implementation across all our facilities, due diligence and integration of new labs, quality system regulatory audits, implementation of metrics and reporting and QA staff training
  • Identify, monitor and report on trends and potential risks related to quality to the company management, provide status updates to Executive Committee
  • Initiate and support local implementation of new or updated global GRD/SOP and quality system documents ensuring full operations efficiency on training and onboarding
  • Participate to the Quality crisis management resolution providing critical information
  • Drive continuous improvement on our QS in order to maximize its efficiency adapted to our company quality risks
  • Where necessary attend audits by Global Key Accounts and assist in the collection and creation of documentation for Requests for Quotation
  • Ensure alignment with the IT strategy in the development and maintenance of IT systems related to the technical and quality systems
  • Drive innovation on Quality expertise by participating in relevant business/scientific/regulatory organizations


YOUR PROFILE

  • Holds a degree in microbiology, chemistry or food science/technology with 5 to 10 years of broad technical experience.
  • An experience with Quality System Management in accredited laboratories and experience with accreditation process, and experience with external and internal auditing process.
  • A strong knowledge of ISO norms and requirements and understanding of various regional regulatory standards is a must
  • Quality Assurance expertise with a strong business acumen
  • Good fluency in English
  • At all times act in an ethical impartial manner and uphold the company values as defined in the Code of Conduct
