Job Description

Scope of Role

Reporting to the Director of Global Finance Solutions and Project Management, the Financial Systems Analyst will support the design, implementation, and sustainability of the global consolidation, planning, and account reconciliation system (OneStream).

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate as a key project team member in the design, implementation and sustainability of our global financial systems, including OneStream, our new single source solution for consolidation & planning and account reconciliations that will go-live in early 2025.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels throughout finance (accounting, FP&A, audit, etc.) to understand and support their financial systems requirements

  • Identify and drive initiatives to further leverage financial systems, streamline process flows, and develop systematic methods for efficient data analysis and processing, reporting, and analysis of historical, current positions, and predictive future performance.

  • Ensure overall stability of system infrastructure including development of change management protocols, improvements to metadata creation and maintenance procedures, and system access control methodologies.

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of finance system projects/changes, drive prioritization at meetings, and communicate backlogs and schedules to stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with security access controls and change management procedures, in compliance with SOX requirements and Company policies.

  • Attend training as needed to stay abreast of the latest OneStream features

  • Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain documentation

  • Write and execute test plans

  • Help establish and oversee a data governance process and policy to ensure consistency and sustainability of internal and external financial reporting throughout the organization

Professional Experience/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance; additional degree or experience in information systems is strongly preferred

  • CPA preferred

  • 1+ years of relevant accounting and/or financial information experience preferred

  • Experience working in large companies with complex financial systems environments is preferred

  • High-energy, adaptive, collaborative and responsive work style; ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic work environment with poise and professionalism

  • Results oriented with a customer-service mindset and approach

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity and working knowledge CPM/EPM platforms (OneStream, Oracle Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos), multidimensional databases is a plus

  • Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP ERP systems is a plus

  • Experience developing with .NET, SQL, VB.NET, or Visual Basic experience is a plus

Travel:

  • Limited travel (under 10%) to support team
