Pricing Intern - Leadership Development Program

Who we are looking for:

Atkore is seeking a Pricing Intern to be a part of our Atkore Leadership Development Program (ALDP) Internship, who can work in a team-based environment, have strong leadership capabilities, and overall business acumen to include financial understanding and contribute significant results to strategic objectives. The length of this internship will be 8-10 weeks during the Summer of 2024. This internship will be based out of one of our Harvey, IL headquarters.

What you'll do:

  • Re-working list price and multiplier strategy
  • Develop and help maintain standard work for all processes and positions, along with working with other teams to share best practices with respect to following & modifying standard work.
  • Eliminate chronic problems by using various problem-solving techniques.
  • Assist in continuous improvement projects.
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned.

What you'll bring:

  • Graduating Spring of 2025 with an Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting degree.
  • Experience in outside organizations with an emphasis in leadership abilities.
  • Strong mathematics background with excellent analytical aptitude and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a can-do attitude.
