Job Description

Advantage Technical partnering with our client who is a global leader in digital security, financial platforms and currency is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire) with a focus on repairing and maintaining machinery

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on printing press machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues with printing press equipment and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Conduct preventive maintenance procedures according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to extend equipment lifespan and prevent malfunctions.

Collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance needs, schedule downtime for repairs, and prioritize tasks to minimize disruptions to operations.

Utilize diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, and technical documentation to troubleshoot complex issues and restore printing press functionality.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status, to facilitate tracking and reporting, effectively communicating to manager daily.

Comply with safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.

Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or production staff on proper equipment maintenance procedures and safety practices.
