Job Description
Role : Performance Lead
Skills Required:
* Subject Matter expertise on performance engineering and testing for cloud applications
* Hands on Performance test experience of Guidewire cloud platform using LoadRunner, JMeter, Ready API, Dynatrace, Splunk & Data Dog
* Experience with Guidewire, Digital applications/portal implementations
* Collaborative skills with planning, designing and execution of performance test strategy
Job description is as below:
* Drive the conversations with architect, technical and product teams and help clients to define Non Functional Requirements for Guidewire cloud applications and legacy systems
* Collaborate with multiple teams to understand the NFR SLA's and create the performance test strategy
* Be able to work with GW product teams and provide recommendation of baseline product SLA's
* Performance testing tooling set up, environment strategy and tool set up
* Scripts stabilization, enhancements and test data management
* Early PT, Load, Stress and Endurance testing
* Load generation, Load balancing and performance monitoring
* Review test artifacts with DPO's & business teams
* Defect management, test execution and reporting
