LSSI is hiring a full-timeClinical Supervisor. Supervise the daily operations and delivery of substance use services in a Residential Rehabilitation Program. Provide direct supervision to Counselor and Case Aide staff. Ensure compliance with various regulatory and funding entities. Ensure productivity, census, and outcome measure are met.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Residential Rehabilitation staff, including Counselors, Case Aides, Housekeepers, and others.
  • Oversee Curriculum delivery to clients and the scheduling of clinical services in the Residential Rehabilitation program.
  • Meet reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, and funding bodies. Collaborate with other LSSI programs/departments, including Central Intake and Development, as needed.
  • Review both written and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social service field is required.
  • Master's degree in a social service field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in substance use field with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
  • CADC or the ability to obtain a CADC within 18 months of hire is required.
  • LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW is preferred.
  • Proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.
