Can you say benefits? This position offers a full benefit package which includes 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks of paid vacation per year and paid sick time. This is also a pension eligible position and offers eligibility for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program.

Requirements

Candidates for consideration require a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field and two years of experience working with chronically mentally ill population. Must have current driving license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provides mental health and crisis intervention supports to individuals
  • Works collaboratively and engages individual to manage and de-escalate crises in the least invasive manner possible to ensure safety.
  • Collaboratively develops and assists in implementation of crisis safety plans.
  • Provides mental health referrals and linkages as appropriate during service provision.
  • Offers and provides follow-up services to utilizers presenting with crises.
  • Completion of required documentation within established timeframes
  • Use of an Electronic Client Record, call management software, and chat/text management software.
