Job Description

Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join our team. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email orders meeting established hourly/weekly/monthly KPI's.
  • Email correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established template
  • Assist with phone que overflow as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years of experience in a service or data entry role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word and Excel
  • Efficient and accurate data input & processing of core customer transactions e.g. sales orders, returns, new account setup
  • Able to proficiently use the internet & email applications, including management of multiple email inboxes
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Experience working in a structured environment following Schedule Adherence

  • This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $16.00 - $18.00 plus benefits.
