Position Details

As a Sr HRIS analyst, you will provide support in the design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of enterprise HR technology. You will drive operational excellence for the HR technology platforms and related enterprise applications. Your primary responsibility is to maintain and support HR solutions enabling North American and global HR processes for compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning, time management, payroll, and employee central. You will be using SAP SuccessFactors.You can be fully remote or work in a hybrid environment out of our Lake Forest, IL office.

Pay:

This position is salaried and will pay between $85,300 - $142,200 with a 10% target bonus.

The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.

You Will:

  • Work collaboratively with HR business partners, HR centers of excellence (COEs), and enterprise systems to create solutions that address current and future needs
  • Act as technical expert consultantto business partnersand provide primary support for escalations
  • Be a mentor,provide guidance and extend help to HRIS analysts as necessary
  • Maintain and support HR applications and systems primarily supporting benefits integrations, SAP SucccessFactors Employee Central Time and Payroll
  • Provide secondary support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central activities
  • Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, design, and maintenance of on-premise, hosted, outsourced, and cloud-based HR technology solutions
  • Document HR and business requirements and evaluateHR technology solutions
  • Maintainand updateHR master data and team member data for large projects and significant system changes
  • Coordinate and contribute to the testing and implementation of all system changes and implementation of new functionality
  • Document standard processes and procedures; create and deploy user documentation and guides for HR resources, leaders, and team members; Train HR users on HR technology
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR or related systems and processes; continually evaluate new system functionality/trends to support long term human resources business goals
  • Manage and provide day to day support for outsourced solutions with third party vendors

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferredin Business Management, Information Systems, or Human Resources, or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with various management levels and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Exposure to HR technology software, must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll
  • Technical experience with Kronos time management is a plus
  • Experience with managing third party integrations including benefits vendors
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to collect and analyze data, and present findings to support recommended solutions and decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
