Job Description

Role / Title:

The Senior Analyst of Warehouse Operations is responsible managing the day to day metrics and performance of warehouse(s) operations. Additionally, this position will identify and support efficiency and KPI improvement initiatives. The scope of this position also includes pillar management within the warehouse team into a critical metric for Kraft-Heinz success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive important metrics and financial results.
  • Implement daily rituals and routines in warehouse operations.
  • Tracking and generation of Productivity Savings operations.
  • Analytical analysis and improvement on Logistics Operations KPIs.
  • Root cause analysis.
  • Lead day to day operational communication with 3PLs and provide daily updates to leadership.
  • Lead site weekly and monthly review calls with site managers.
  • Drive capital project execution.
  • Co-develop pipeline productivity initiatives with site managers.
  • Co-facilitate site startups when necessary.
  • Engage transportation on productivity, site and carrier performances
  • Create purchase orders, review and approve invoices. Identify issues and work with finance and vendors to resolve.
  • Provide support and input during annual financial budget process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years General/Basic background in function area.
  • ERP proficiency (SAP preferred) as well as other cross-functional systems
  • Ability to create win/win solutions to problems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate clear and actionable operations models
  • Expert in Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, detail-oriented, proactive with a drive to deliver results
  • Experience utilizing or creating reports in tableau preferred
  • Travel up to 25% required
